1. Exotic-Pet-Shop have copyright of all photographs on this website, if any photos are found elsewhere on the internet the person will be prosecuted.

2. Exotic-Pet-Shop do our best to keep all insects in the best condition during transit.

3. Exotic-Pet-Shop only send livestock as special delivery this means your purchase will only be in transit for 1 working day by the time that we process your order.

4. Exotic-Pet-Shop will only send livestock in the post from Monday to Thursday (not including Bank Holidays).

5. Exotic-Pet-Shop will process your order within 5 working days (not including weekends/Bank Holidays).

6. Exotic-pet-Shop are not held responsible if you handle any pets/insects and receive a bite, sting or any other injuries.

7. Exotic-Pet-Shop can only provide answers on experience if you require specific information please buy a book on 'Our Shop' for a more detailed answer.

8. Exotic-Pet-Shop are not held responsible for any death on arrivals.

9. Exotic-Pet-Shop are not held responsible if the buyer pulls out of the sale at the last moment. We do not offer a full refund.

10. Exotic-Pet-Shop are not held responsible if you pay by e-cheque and by the time it clears the item(s) may be out of stock.

11. Exotic-Pet-Shop are not responsible if by the time you go to check out your item(s) is out of stock.

12. Exotic-Pet-Shop include VAT on all items. The price does not include postage and packaging.

13. Exotic-Pet-Shop reserves the right to adjust any information or prices at any time.

14. Exotic-Pet-Shop are not held responsible if you are under 18 or the legal age to purchase any of the goods.

15. Exotic-Pet-Shop requires all oversea buyers to contact us via email for delivery dates.

16. Exotic-Pet-Shop is not liable for any damages exceeding the cost of the item(s).

Once the buyer has agreed to pay for the item(s) the contract is between the buyer and seller agreeing with each other to purchase goods including all of these Terms and Conditions, by purchasing your order you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
